STANDARD RETURN CONSULTATION

Upon return, we will evaluate how the initial treatment plan is going for you, adapting it as necessary to ensure your health needs are being met. 

 

In subsequent follow up consultations I will continue to investigate factors which may be contributing to your current health status, so that we can work together to understand what works best for you and your health.

 

Please note that if your case is exceptionally complex or it has been 6 months or more since your last consultation, an Extended Follow up Consultation of (60 minutes) is advised to allow for additional time needed to best support you.
