Emotion Release Technique™ (ERT - formerly NER) is a tool to help identify and process underlying emotional blocks which can contribute to disharmony in the body, such as physical symptoms or undesirable patterns or behaviours which may be getting in the way of healing. 

ERT helps to process stress in the body and effectively addresses self-sabotaging patterns to help create lasting behavioural change so you can achieve your goals with ease. 

ERT is an efficient process of assessing the subconscious through muscle testing and processing through acupuncture points and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) points.

I offer ERT sessions on a 1-on-1 and group basis.

 

Group programs are subject to availability as there is a limit on how many people can join each cohort, so make to check back regularly to see when the next program is running!
