EMOTION RELEASE TECHNIQUE (ERT)

Emotion Release Technique™ (ERT - formerly NER) is a tool to help identify and process underlying emotional blocks which can contribute to disharmony in the body, such as physical symptoms or undesirable patterns or behaviours which may be getting in the way of healing. 

I use this tool as part of regular naturopathic consultations where necessary, but since ERT is such an efficient and powerful process in itself, I also offer dedicated ERT sessions.​

By using a range of different therapeutic tools like dietary and lifestyle recommendations, herbal medicine, nutritional therapeutics, and energetic therapies like flower essences, I can address the many different factors that are affecting your health, so that you can get back to doing what you love with the people you love.

 

A Naturopathic consultation with me typically involves a thorough case history, where I’ll talk with you one-on-one to try and get an idea about how various aspects of your life affect your health.

 

Before your initial consultation, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out as this helps us both establish a good baseline, so we know why you're here and what you aim to achieve from working together.

As a Naturopath, I am trained to look at your health on a range of different levels, taking into account not just your physical health, but also how mental, emotional and environmental influences affect you as well. This is important, as in the busy world we live in, it can be difficult to have the time, patience or motivation to address the underlying causes of our stress or ill-health, but that’s what I'm here for!

 

My Naturopathic practice is based on a combination of traditional medicine, clinical experience and contemporary research, so you can be sure your treatment plan combines a well-rounded, thorough, and holistic approach to provide you with high quality, personalised advice which is safely suited for you.

Great! If you're looking to come back for a general check-in to see how you're progressing with your health plan, I suggest booking in for a Standard Return Consultation (45 minutes).

If you're tracking pretty well and just want to check in with me briefly to touch base and make sure you're on the right track, you can book a Short Return Consultation (30 minutes). 

If it's been 6 months or more since your last session with me, or if your case is chronic / complex, I suggest booking in for an Extended Return Consultation (60 minutes).
