Matilda is a Diamond Creek-based nutritionist, who works with people to create healthy relationships with their bodies & food. She recognises that enjoying food that is nourishing & supportive, whilst also accepting & loving yourself regardless of shape or size is important. Matilda takes a trauma-informed approach to her practice & aims to create a supportive & safe space for her clients to grow at any stage of their body image & healing journey.
